This is my go-to spot in London for spray tans. I wish I could find a place in Toronto that delivered an even, natural looking, hand-sprayed tan for such a good price. I recommend all my friends to this place. Super professional, friendly, and high quality!

I go to Artistic exclusively for the RMT services. September is an angel and the best RMT we have ever used. No one else is as consistent in the massage she can deliver as September. We've been using her for years and will continue to. She can give me a deep muscle therapeutic experience or a relaxing lighter touch for my delicate husband 😛. She knows when to talk, and when to let silence do its job.

As a student in a different city finding new estheticians that provide an affordable and reliable service was nerve wracking! I've had many of the girls for a variety of services (wax, facial, mani, pedi) and have zero complaints! Always on time, very professional, great atmosphere and extremely friendly! I look forward to every time I get to go back!

I always look forward to all of my appointments here. Esther and Diane are magicians with my nails and hair. All of the staff are wonderful. Any negative comments about this spa are confusing Artistic Spa with some other place 😉

I had a fantastic pedicure, with green tea lemon grass scent today. There was an issue with my gift certificate, but the front desk staff were amazing about everything. Nice atmosphere, especially if you love being downtown. I will definitely come back.

This review is very much individual specific. I’ve had some so-so experiences here. When I have Esther do my nails I’m a happy customer. She is kind and good at what she does!

I had Ashley do my nails on Saturday and I am super impressed! She got them shaped perfectly and the colour right up to my cuticle without getting on my skin. Best manicure I've had in a while. Will definitely return!!

My beautiful wife "ambushed" me for our anniversary, and treated me to session here. It was a little intimidating, at first. Like if I dropped her off at a boxing gym, and said, there you go. The staff were all great, and made me feel right at ease. It was awesome. Guys, don't be scared, give it a try. Think of it like a workhorse having his hooves trimmed. It was a great experience. I will definitely go back.

I had Amani for my facial and 60 minute massage, and I was absolutely blown away. The girl really knows her stuff. She was very informative on all the products she was using on me, made great suggestions, and listened to my concerns. She made sure to go above and beyond to meet my needs, and be sure I was well taken care of. I will absolutely request her each time I go to Artistic Spa, and I suggest any one else going there to do so as well!

I recently had a massage at AES with Sarah. It was great, she is a very skilled RMT who listens to your needs and gives deep pressure if you need it or lighter if that’s your preference. I love the setting here too, it’s Very relaxing and front desk staff are friendly.

I’ve been here 3 times in the past three months. Each time I’ve been here, everyone I’ve encountered is so happy & friendly. My pedicures are so relaxing. In my most recent visit, Ashley was so nice and accommodating to my “special” friend “A”. Thank you. She had a great time! She loves showing off her pedicure to everyone. I was gifted for Christmas a 5 hr spa. Today was my day. It started with a hot stone massage using organic avocado oil, body wrap and facial! Very relaxing. Then I had a pedicure while sitting in a massage chair with heat. All of a sudden lunch came and it was good. Very ATTENTIVE staff! Kept asking if I wanted something to drink. Then after that, I went to have a manicure, upstairs for a hairdo and makeup! I felt so beautiful and very special! I would recommend it to anyone, men included! I'm going back for sure! ❤

I've been going to Artistic for many years, and I can't see myself going anywhere else! Staff are lovely, services are great (I've had many massages, pedis, manis, facials, body wraps, etc) and you just feel pampered. My go-to!
