Booking Your Appointment

We recommend booking 2 weeks in advance.


A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time.

 

Accepted Forms of Deposit

Visa and MasterCard deposits are accepted through our Online Booking or with a spa reservationist.

A spa reservationist will asset with a gift card deposit.

 

Group Reservation

Groups with 12 or more service hours, we require 7 days’ notice to reschedule, change, or cancel your reservation, or the 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Due to staff scheduling and revenue loss, we must strictly adhere to this policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

No shows are charged at 100% of the appointment reserved.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please read our policy


Cancelling, Modifying or Changing a Reservation

We kindly request and appreciate that you provide us with more than 48 hours’ notice to reschedule, change,

or cancel your reservation, so we may fill the time we reserved for you.

After hours, please do not leave a message on the phone to cancel, email us at info@artristicspa.ca Thank you!


Please Note: If you wish to cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice the 50% deposit fee may be charged.

No shows are charged at 100% of the appointment reserved.
