Appointment Reservation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please read our cancelation policy below


Booking Your Appointment

We recommend booking 2 weeks in advance.


A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your appointment time.

Accepted Forms of Deposit


Visa and MasterCard deposits are accepted through our Online Booking. 

A spa reservationist will asset with a gift card deposit.

 

Group Reservation


Groups with 12 or more service hours, we require 7 days’ notice to reschedule, change, or cancel your reservation, or the 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Due to staff scheduling and revenue loss, we must strictly adhere to this policy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancelling, Modifying or Changing a Reservation

We kindly request and appreciate that you provide us with more than 48 hours’ notice to reschedule, change,

or cancel your reservation, so we may fill the time we reserved for you.


Please Note: If you wish to cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice the 50% deposit fee will be charged.


This applies to all spa packages and services booked.
