• Hair Stylist/Barber

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair styling services
       to clients based on their needs and
       preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Sanitize tools and equipment regularly to
       ensure a safe environment for clients

• Communicate effectively with clients to
       understand their desired look

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Barber

• Strong knowledge of various hair cutting
       techniques, colour and hair care products

• Excellent communication and
       interpersonal skills

• Customer service-oriented with a friendly
        attitude

• Must be fully licensed as a Hair
       Stylist active with Skilled Trades Ontario.

Job Type: Permanent Full or Part time

• Freelance Service Commission 50% 

        (Chair  rental is available)

Additional pay:  

• Retail Sales Commission up to 10%

Artistic Esthetic Spa is seeking an Assistant Spa Coordinator to join our amazing team. 

The ASC is responsible for all aspects of the spa ranging from service level performance and day-to-day operations. The ASC will be directly responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, and spa operations at an optimal level in a four-star environment.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Established spa staffing levels.

• Oversee all spa and supervisors.

• Ability to work with all management team
       to build a strong relationship and a
       seamless guest service experience. 

• Attend bi-weekly management meetings.

• Develop and implement spa related
       marketing strategies, collateral, and
       promotional activities in conjunction with
       the marketing team. 

• Drive spa group sales by working with the
       local businesses and area event planners. 

• Hire and train all technical staff on
       corporate/brand/spa standards.

• Prepare payroll and is responsible for
       approval. 

• Handles all invoice recording and
       reconciliations.

• Managed personnel under own
       supervision including hiring, guiding,
       directing, developing, training,
       counseling, disciplining, and evaluating.  

• Provide leadership to all the team leaders
       in each department.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of
       experience as a Manager/Supervisor in a
       similar industry, Spa management
       experience is an asset. 

• Must be a quick learner; accuracy and
       attention to detail are critical. 

• Must have excellent communication skills,
       both written and verbal. 

• Must be organized, timely, and detail
       oriented.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word,
       Excel and Outlook.

• Must be reliable and have outstanding
       customer service skills.

• Must be able to meet deadlines and
       prioritize task.

• Must have outstanding leadership skills.

• Must be able to work full time, including
       some evenings and Saturdays.

• Must have a reliable work record.
